Juin: C’est avec grand plaisir que je participerai à l’exposition de groupe estivale de Voir à l’est au Manoir Fraser de Rivière-du-Loup. Intitulée Refuge, on peut décrire ainsi les prémisses de cette exposition: «À l’ère où les défis personnels et sociétaux se multiplient, l’art se présente comme un véritable sanctuaire pour l’âme. Sa diversité offre à chacun un espace d’évasion, de réflexion et de résilience. -Julianne De Gadenne»

June: It is with great pleasure that I will be participating in the Voir à l’est summer group exhibition at the Manoir Fraser in Rivière-du-Loup. Entitled Refuge, the exhibition’s premise can be described as follows: “In an era where personal and societal challenges are multiplying, art presents itself as a true sanctuary for the soul. Its diversity offers everyone a space for escape, reflection, and resilience. – Julianne De Gadenne”
From June 18 to September 7. Opening Saturday June 20th at 4pm. All are welcome!

Février: Espaces F a obtenu un soutien financier du Programme de partenariat territorial du Bas-Saint-Laurent du CALQ afin que je puisse poursuivre et adapter ma série Metsä débutée lors de ma résidence de création en Finlande. Ce corpus et sa suite feront l’objet d’un déploiement singulier qui mettra en valeur l’aspect immersif de la proposition avec le soutien du centre, de collaboratrices et de collaborateurs. À voir en novembre 2026 à Espaces F!
February: Espaces F has received financial support from the CALQ’s Bas-Saint-Laurent Territorial Partnership Program, enabling me to continue and adapt my Metsä series, which I began during my creative residency in Finland. This body of work and its sequel will be presented in a unique installation, highlighting the immersive nature of the project, with the support of the centre and its collaborators. Coming in November 2026 at Espaces F!

2025
Novembre-décembre: exposition Indicia à la galerie Popop de Montréal. Cette exposition regroupera des photogrammes de deux séries; Traces, réalisée en Matanie et Jälkiä, réalisée en Finlande.
November-December: Indicia exhibition at the Popop gallery in Montreal. This exhibition will bring together photograms from two series; Traces, created in Matane, and Jälkiä, created in Finland.

Septembre: réponse positive d’Espaces F afin de poursuivre l’exploration en forêt, lors d’une résidence de création, de ma série photographique Metsä amorcée en Finlande. Les résultats feront l’objet d’un travail de sélection et d’une mise en espace en galerie en 2026!
September: Positive response from Espaces F to continue exploring the forest during a creative residency for my Metsä photography series, which began in Finland. The results will be presented in gallery in 2026 after working on the selection and spatialization.

14 Juin: finissage de la résidence in situ «Résonances». L’installation vidéographique intitulé «Distorsion» a alors été révélé.

Participation le 2 Mai à une revue de portfolios à la Stephen Bulger Gallery de Toronto organisé en collaboration avec FFOTO. J’ai rencontré huit personnes influentes du milieu des arts visuels.
Participated in a portfolio review at the Stephen Bulger Gallery in Toronto on May 2nd, organized in collaboration with FFOTO. I met eight influential people from the visual arts community.

Mai: Tout un mois sans cellulaire, sans internet ou wifi dans un milieu créatif et méditatif au cœur de la nature finlandaise. Ce sont les prémices de la résidence artistique et de ressourcement «Back to basics» à laquelle j’aurai l’occasion de participer au mois de mai.

May: A whole month without cell phones, internet, or Wi-Fi, in a creative and meditative environment in the heart of Finnish nature. These are the beginnings of the “Back to Basics” artistic and healing residency, which I will have the opportunity to participate in May.

Décembre: Un grand merci au Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec de son soutien financier dans le cadre du volet «Acquisition et mise en marché» du programme «Diffusion et promotion». Cette bourse m’aidera dans l’acquisition d’équipements afin de poursuivre ma recherche visuelle sur la problématique nature/culture et plus particulièrement sur la représentation photographique des territoires.
December: Many thanks to the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec for its financial support through the “Acquisition et mise en marché” component of the “Diffusion et promotion» program”. This grant will help me acquire equipment to continue my visual research on the nature/culture issue and more specifically on the photographic representation of territories.
